Our family getaway felt special with breathtaking views from our room. The elegant stroll to the nearby grotto was a highlight, and local cafes served delicious pastries that we cherished every morning. A tip for future guests, consider dining out. the nearby eatery options are fabulous!

A surprising twist on our stay

The rooftop pool was a charming retreat after a day of exploring, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Our early check-in was smooth, and the breakfast spread was quite lovely.

However, navigating to the parking garage felt like a minor adventure. The space was tight, and the air conditioning in our room was tricky to adjust, leading to a warm first night.

It was just a great match for short visits in Lourdes with good value. The restaurant staff were fast and efficient. Try to ask for a room further from the street to avoid noise.

Location is ideal, just steps from the Grotto and Sanctuary. The staff showed genuine friendliness and helped with my inquiries. The rooftop views from the restaurant are breathtaking, particularly at sunset. However, the room I got was smaller than expected, and I encountered inconsistent hot water during my stay. The breakfast variety could improve as some items felt overpriced for the quality. Despite these issues, the comfort of the bed made it easier to overlook the room size. I'll consider returning due to the great location and supportive staff if improvements are made.

La Solitude provided a peaceful and convenient location just steps from the grotto, making it ideal for business purposes. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, helping me with meeting room arrangements and ensuring my equipment was set up properly. The facilities, including free WLAN access and a delightful swimming pool, added significant value to my stay.

The culinary scene nearby is a delight! We strolled to Le Carrefour Cafe for some killer pastries and St Paul Cafe's coffee is top-notch. We also had a fun family-sized apartment for 3 nights, which boasted a wonderful view of the river and a fully stocked kitchen to whip up our own meals. Plus, the pool was a hit for the kids!

But I’ve gotta mention some seriously rude staff moments. One night, when I confirmed our paid city tax, the manager just wouldn’t believe me. The bar staff barely cracked a smile and we encountered a snappy sales gal in the gift shop too. Not cool!
